Gregory M. Krak was born in West Palm Beach, Fl in 1970. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1992, where he was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma academic honor society and a three time member of the All-Academic Southeastern Conference Golf Team. Mr. Krak received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1996. While in law school, he was a member of Stetson's Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Krak worked for the State Attorney's Office in Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida for four and a half years. As an assistant state attorney, he tried more than 50 jury trials, including several capital crimes. In 2000, Mr. Krak moved to Orlando where he began putting his extensive trial experience to work representing the interests of insurance companies defending claims in areas of medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability and general personal injury. After several years of defending insurance companies, Mr. Krak has now limited his practice to only representing individuals who have been injured. Mr. Krak concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability. Mr. Krak is a member of several professional organizations including the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Krak's wife is also an attorney and they have one child.
